The MAXPRO® Technologies Test Bench System model # MTTB50-W-L250-2-PP22-N-RD-DO is a manual pressure test system that utilizes a digital pressure logger to record the test. The unit has two different pumps with two separate outlet circuits. A 2,000 psig max pressure test circuit, and a 50,000 psig max pressure test circuit. The panel is laid out so that the controls for each circuit are organized around the pressure gauge. The air controls are to the left of the test gauge, and the test isolation and vent valves for that circuit are right below the gauge.

0 - 2,000 PSIG TEST CIRCUIT; this circuit utilizes a PP22 pump. The PP22 pump has a pressure ratio of 1:28. The pump is equipped with a safety relief valve on the drive air of the pump factory set at 71 psig, which will limit the outlet pressure to less than 50,000 psig. To determine the needed air pressure for a desired outlet pressure, take the necessary outlet pressure and divide by 28.

0-50,000 PSIG TEST CIRCUIT; the test circuit on the system utilizes an L250-2 VE pump. The L250-2 VE pump has a pressure ratio of 1:530. The pump is equipped with a safety relief valve on the drive air of the pump factory set at 95 psig, which will limit the outlet pressure to less than 50,000 psig. To determine the needed air pressure for a desired outlet pressure, take the necessary outlet pressure and divide by 530.
