Exceeding the industry standard of 30,000 psi, Maximator® high pressure needle valves feature stainless steel, metal-to-metal seats and can be used with either gases or liquids.

We offer a large selection of 2-way and 3-way high pressure valves available with 1/4, 3/8 and 9/16" O.D. and 4HF, 6HF and 9HF high pressure connection types, respectively.

High temperature packing and/or extended stuffing box are available for service from -423ºF to 1200ºF by adding the following suffixes to catalog order number. TG standard valve with Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) glass packing to 600 ºF. GY standard valve with graphite braided yarn packing to 800 ºF. HT extended stuffing box valve with graphite braided yarn packing to 1200 ºF. B standard valve with cryogenic trim materials and Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) packing to 100 ºF. LT extended stuffing box valve with Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) packing and cryogenic trim materials to -423 ºF.
