PORTABLE NITROGEN GAS BOOSTER - TO 10,000 psi

This portable Gas Booster System - Includes air control package, pressure switch, gauges, vent valve, safety relief valve and the booster in a convenient Pelican® case.

These small footprint units are used for on-site gas pressurization and commissioning (proof testing) of plumbing. Commonly referred to as "bootstraps," these systems are used for charging accumulators and gas struts.

The Maximator® DLE75 that powers this unit accommodates higher inlet pressure and reaches outlet pressure faster with higher flow rates than other models. It has a compression ratio of 20:1, and is for gas inlet pressures of 500-1,100 psi.

This unit can be customized to accommodate other gas boosters to achieve higher or lower compression ratios.

    • Dry air spool modification on the booster for longer service life

    • Contaminant free operation with complete separation and isolation between the gas and air drive sections
    • Automatic shut-off at desired outlet pressure for unattended operation
    • Safety relief valves and gauges on gas and air/nitrogen sides
    • Drive air/nitrogen shut-off ball valve to manually stop booster
    • Manual vent valve for venting gas pressure prior to disconnecting outlet line
    • Drive air/nitrogen connection is 1/2" FNPT
    • Gas outlet connection is 1/4" FNPT
    • For air driven version, gas inlet connection is 1/4" FNPT
    • For air driven version, an air filter is included
